Joyner Group were appointed by M R Allen in 2021 to carry out the external render package at the refurbishment of the old St Mary’s Hospital which has now been turned into premium student accommodation on behalf of Empiric Student Property in the Clifton area of Bristol.

Joyner Group were appointed by TFT Consultants in October 2020 to undertake the cladding remediation works at an office building in Aztec West, Bristol. The office block had a combustible external wall insulation system installed which was making it extremely difficult to get building insurance since the Grenfell tragedy. This was to be stripped off and replaced with a non-combustible system.

We were contracted by Laing O’ Rourke to apply the Weber.therm system to the exterior of the building, followed by a Weber.plast TF finish coat.

At 23 storeys tall and with 292 apartments, Altolusso has quickly become a classic example of the stylish city living quarters now sought after by many people.

The finish coat, an acrylic based, composite, decorative render finish will not only give an attractive finish but also provide the building with durability and resilience against all harsh and exposed weather conditions

Joyner Group was appointed by Developments Bristol to install an SFS system and adequate fire stopping, a non-combustible sheathing board and an A1 non-combustible EWI system to Waverly House, Clevedon, Bristol in 2020. Waverly House was previously an office block which has been developed into modern flats.

Joyner Group were appointed by Morgan Sindall to undertake the external façade remediation works to Knightstone House, Weston-Super-Mare. Joyner Group have worked for Morgan Sindall as a sub-contractor frequently over the past five years all over the South West, although this was their first cladding remediation project together.

The houses comprise a mix of detached and co-joined highly unique homes designed by the award-winning architect Richard Reid in the style of Rudolph Schindler. Each home maximises its relationship between where the inside stops and the outside starts. The choice of external materials and styles combines traditional finishes, such as limestone, hardwood and thatch, with modernist features, such as extensive glazed areas – the careful use of glazing leaves the stunning views over water and the countryside uninterrupted – and variable pitched roofs, to create contemporary homes that cannot be found in such an environment elsewhere in the UK.

Our Brief is to provide energy efficient measure by applying External Wall insulation to new build properties in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Joyner Group were appointed by Skanska in 2021 to undertake the SFS, sheathing board and external wall insulation and render package at the new build Perry Court Primary School in Bristol.

Joyner Group were appointed by Andrew Scott in 2020 to carry out the external wall insulation and render package at the new Soil-Foundation-Structure Interaction facility for Bristol University at the Langford Veterinary campus.

Midas were the main contractors on this new build development on a superb waterside setting. Joyner Group applied the rendered finish on the project, setting a well balanced contrast to the coloured timber cladding creating a sea-side theme, matching the surrounding buildings in this water side area.

The project has been immaculately finished in one of the South West’s prestigious locations offering truly exceptional apartments, townhouses and penthouses.

Joyner Group were appointed by Stepnell Construction to carry out the external wall insulation and render package top a new boarding house at Stowe School, Buckingham.
