This was a major refurbishment, carried out alongside a new build extension, to increase the floor area of the project whilst significantly improving the thermal model. With modern construction methods, the current building was brought up to regulations and gained a compliant CO2 omission figure. 

This consisted of early involvement in the development of the SFS Metal Stud Infill in conjunction with the Architect and Metsec. Joyners have also worked closely with Barnwood and Aliva UK to co-ordinate the design and supply of the External Wall Insulation and Render along with the Aluminum Rain Screen Cladding. 

Installation of an infill external wall of SFS Metsec and installation of 1700m2 of insulated render and 500m2 of Aluminum Rainscreen Cladding to give a modern fresh appearance in keeping with Cheltenhams metropolitan lifestyle.
