The life expectancy
of these homes has been increased by some 30 years. The residents have
lower heating costs and Carbon Dioxide emissions have been reduced by
50% due to the lower fuel consumption. As well as enhancing the whole
area the client has an improved housing stock.
Joyner’s upgraded the homes using Wetherby Exterior Wall Insulation, Dash and Brick Slips. To complete the refurbishment the company repaired concrete, replaced fascias, soffits, gutters, installed canopies and re-roofed the out houses. The result lifts the spirit of the community, who now live in homes that are warm, comfortable and beautiful to look at.
