System Built
Our experience of system built houses is not limited to just one type and one solution.
With Structural repairs and re-roofing included in the package we are able to bring these houses up to modern standards not only structurally but thermally. The replacement of windows and doors, fascias, soffits and gutters along with necessary drainage or paving alteration completes the external envelope. The addition of a full internal refurbishment to include kitchens, bathrooms, electrics and heating transforms these problem properties into homes which meet modern expectations.
We are not a contractor that sits still!

We have a research and development team dedicated to seeking new solutions.
Partnering Structural engineers and collaborating with Government departments we are currently developing systems that harness modern construction techniques with traditional PRC property problems.

We are currently developing a repair system that will make repairs to CORNISH properties, quick, non disruptive and extremely cost effective.
Initially being developed for the social housing sector, we believe that our system will also transfer to the private sector in order to release mortgage-able properties for first time buyers.

Working on the repair and refabrication of PRC houses mainly in the public sector, we found that the repairs based on traditional methods were not only costly, but were time consuming causing disruption to house-holders, and extremely inconvenient causing intrusion to house-holders. The company also has specialist experience in the new build “fast track" sector, having carried out major projects in London and the South East, utilising “off site” construction techniques.

During 2005/6 the company were main contractors on a "community regeneration" project in the Rhymney valley, South Wales. This project saw derelict precast concrete houses transformed into modern homes and the re-birth of community pride.
It also got us thinking!

If modern new construction approaches could be utilised in the repair of this problematic old type of construction, major savings would be achieved in terms of cost, disruption and intrusion.

The company decided to invest in research and development, the results of which we now see as a major benefit to both the private and public housing sector.
Public Housing Sector.

These property types cause problems for both private owners and councils. Our research and development concentrated on ways of both eliminating the un-necessary work and the stresses and complications which the conventional repair causes.

× Costly
× Shortage of de-cant properties leaves tenants insitu whilst repairs are carried out.
× Major disruption to tenants.
× Intrusive to tenants
× Collateral damage leading to possibility of major claims

Our developed system now means that we are able to work with L.A’s and RSL’s to provide a solution to repair these properties which is;

  • Extremely Cost effective when compared to traditional methods
  • Works can be carried out to occupied properties
  • Little or minor disruption to tenants
  • Little or no intrusion to tenants
  • No collateral damage, hence no claims.
