All operatives trained to and hold minimum NVQ level 2 in their appropriate trades.
Supplementing our EWI trades we employ carpenters, plumbers and bricklayers, thus ensuring that associated works can be carried out seamlessly and effectively.
In order to maintain a complete package approach we sub-contract the following works to registered and approved contractors: Scaffolding, electrical installation, major satellite works, CORGI required gas works, roofing, replacement windows and doors, asbestos removal. For each of the above operations we maintain a register of approved firms.
Our portfolio is not just limited with external works. As client requirements grew, so too did our range of services. Complete refurbishment of kitchens and bathroom to bring social housing in line with National standards now form a crucial part of our remit. The importance of speed of turn around on Void / Re-let properties is also clearly understood by us.
