New Build

Joyner Group commenced as a specialist service provider to the construction industry during 1982.

The Group has now developed into a leading contractor, undertaking schemes throughout its area of operation.

External Wall Insulation
Our 25 years experience of working in this specialist field has seen us working on major projects in major cities throughout the UK.

Many of the country’s Commercial, Government, Hotels, Schools, Universities and Hospital Buildings have had the external wall insulation package applied by JOYNER.

Approved by all of the UK’s leading system suppliers, and a Member company of the Insulated Render and Cladding Association (INCA). Joyner’s wealth of experience has been made available to many of the Major Contractor Group companies.

Through Wall Construction
Responding to the needs of clients and management contractors we have transformed our company over the years to offer a full through wall process. Supplying and installing not just the outer insulated face of the façade, but also the carrier and SFS metal framing systems. As with the EWI products, Joyners are approved installers for all of the leading SFS metal manufacturers.

We are also approved installers of SIP’s panels

We believe that by constructing our working background ourselves, we can ensure that both programming and tolerance control fall under our umbrella remit, ensuring minimum package letting for main contractors.

Loft / Roof Insulation.
The ever improving thermal building regulations now mean that the correct insulation of loft and roof space is extremely important to achieving the minimum standards of thermal transmission. Whether it is warm or cold roof construction we are able to expedite the insulated fit out to ensure that our insulation service completely encapsulates the fabric of any building.

Rain Screen Cladding
As with our philosophy on through wall construction, we believe that if we offer a service as a specialist façade contractor, we must be able to deliver a complete package. Once again we are approved by many of the major cladding system manufacturers to supply and install the many types of Rain Screen cladding systems available.

Through Colour Render Systems
The application of non insulated render systems is second nature to our operatives, whether application is by hand or mechanically applied. Thousands of metres of through coloured, fined down and scratch renders have been successfully applied.
